Hope you are doing well. It has come to my attention that survey work for the placement of the lot pins, cost of pins, and
placement of pins are not in the contract (see attachment). Can we put these items in the contract? In terms of the existing
contract it calls for hydro seeding the cemetery upon completion. We would prefer for obvious reasons to do a change order and
require sodding of the cemetery. If they hydro seed the cemetery will be a mud hole for a long time. Brad suggested I contact you
about these issues. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

The pinning of the space is not yet under contract. This will be done by a survey firm. The lawn is in the
existing contract.

The urn list matches the Matthews catalog. Peace will be added along the walkway
to the commital pavillion once we can see the site after consturction is done.

You have the revised rules.The one item in the memorial prices is an error and
should be $500.I am in discussions with Stewart to do the burials and will call
to speak with you about this as well as Jared.Sharon is getting the forms
printed.I suggest you call her on the forms.I will be at the cousil meeting on

I know in our last meeting we agreed upon some revisions to the Rules and
Regulations of the cemetery. Could you please E- mail the new document to me.
Were you going to send us a certain number of purchase agreements in triplicate
? We are presenting pricing to the city council on November 11, it would be
nice to show them the various documents. I know you are busy, thank you for all
your help.
