The City of Coppell would like to invite you to come out to Earthfest, an event aimed at educating our
community on the importance of recycling, resource conservation and environmental stewardship.
In addition to educational booths, Earthfest will have live music, craft vendors, children's activities and
a plant sale. You will be provided with an outdoor 10 x 10 space to set up your materials (no electricity
available). So that we may showcase your organization/craft, please provide us with a single -item
donation that can be given away as a door prize during Earthfest.

As representative for the above mentioned group or organization [hereinafter referred to as PARTICIPANT(S)], agrees to

authorities relating to this event. PARTICIPANT(S) agrees that it is bound to indemnify, defend, and hold the City of
Coppell and Keep Coppell Beautiful whole and harmless against any and all claims for any loss or damages, including death,
personal injury or property damage that may arise in whole or in part, out of this event. PARTICIPANTS) also gives full
permission for use of the groups and/or their name and photograph in connection with this event. PARTICIPANT(S)
warrants that he /she is of legal age and that he /she has read and fully understands the forgoing terms.
