Tom,
We have also transferred the Garden of Hope grave section number
corrections (as described below) to the Master Plan Layout sheet GL-0.
Our last count and adjustment to the "Grave Calculations" schedule on
sheet GL-0 are as follows:
1) Garden of Hope:380
2) Garden of Innocents:67
3) Garden of Serenity:173
4) Heritage Garden:292
5) Garden of Honor:206
Total Garden Sections1118
Once we concur on the section/pin count we will issue a final grave
layout package (all (4) sheets) with a new date shown in the "Revisions"
& "Issues" Column of each sheet's title block for future reference and
team coordination.
We will issue this final package as a part of a formal Proposal Request
to the General Contractor for pricing. The following will be included
within this PR.:
1) Provision for purchasing the confirmed quantity of pre-numbered
stainless steel section marker/pins.
2) Provision to provide surveying services to locate and install the
section pin locations according to the final grave layout plans and
coordinate with the location and installation of sprinkler system feeder
line/head locations.
3) Provision to provide Bermuda sod turf in lieu of Bermuda seed turf at
all grave locations.
Let us know if the section/pin quantity above is correct based on the
latest revisions.

We found a bust on the section numbering sequence in the Garden of Hope
Sections 355 through 365 should be 365 through 380. We have sent a
revised CAD file package to Bob Larcchelle @ HMIS.
