Attached is the contractor's pricing to provide section pins, surveying and installing at the cemetery.
Please have the appropriate parties review and let us know how to direct the contractor for scheduling. If
the price is acceptable we will issue a Change Order for all parties to execute and have on record.

Re: Proposal for the pinning the burial plots at Rolling Oaks Memorial in Coppell,
TX.
Dear Mr. Frazier,
We are pleased to submit this proposal of $14,600.00 for the services referenced above.
The scope of work will include the following:
1. Provide surveying services for pinning burial sections, one pin in the upper left
hand corner of each "section" (1118 total sections) in conjunction with the
location of new sprinkler system (no concrete used for setting pins).
2. Provide 1118 #35, 3 '/2 Stainless Steel Lot Markers & Pins (pre- numbered per
Owner's directions) as manufactured by Holland Supply Inc.
3. Office work:
a. Calculations necessary for fieldwork.
