Tom,
We would like to have a pre-construction coordination meeting with the contractor and their
landscape/irrigation subcontractor next Tuesday, January 27 sometime around 1pm. We would like to
have a representative from Coppell Parks & Recreation present. The following would be a few issues on
the agenda for this meeting:
1)Pre-installation requirements and coordination for irrigation/landscape as required and to be
reviewed by Owner/Architect.
2)Various stages of completion on irrigation/landscape to be verified/reviewed by
Owner/Architect.
3)Necessary submittals for irrigation layout, materials to be used, etc., for review prior to
installation.
4)Stages of
5)Coordination of surveying/layout/installation along with estimated completion dates between
irrigation/landscape/grave layouts for the Cemetery and Funeral Home.
We are arranging to have the Landscape Architect, Mike Baron, fly in on Monday evening and back out
the next day for this meeting. We also would like to request if it would be possible that we could meet
somewhere at the City in order to accommodate the necessary attendees. In order that we make
arrangements for Mike Baron’s attendance would you confirm this time frame is acceptable and verify
that someone from Parks & Recreation. (probably John Alias) could attend and let us as soon as
possible.
