Mike,
We haven’t heard anything prior to sending the change order request w/ a brief cost backup to Coppell
on 1/09/09. It was briefly discussed at the landscape/irrigation preconstruction mtg. but no one has
indicated to us we need to direct the contractor to proceed. As soon as we have direction we can
verbally direct Fain to proceed with the work after which we will issue a Change Order for the City to
Review and execute.
Let me know how you want us to proceed.
