According to our Electrician the issue Oncor has is the City would not let them bore under the road at an angle so to go straight across the road they required a sweep bend to get to the pull box. Oncor would not allow the Electrician to put a 90 degree bend in the conduit to get to the pull box. The end result is they are slightly out of their right of way that 010) Michael Garza - FW: Oncor Easement Page 2 was originally set to be able to get the bend in the conduit at a slight angle as requested by Oncor and Oncor is requesting a revision to the easement to cover the conduit location. I do not have exact dimensions but if this is acceptable to amend I will get our surveyor to get exact dimensions so we can modify. Let me know if you want me to proceed in this direction or if we need to approach it from a different angle.
