As-built drawings should be 6 presented “prior to observations commencing”.   7)    Has the Irrigation Point of Connection been completed and the available pressure (120psi) been verified? Send to        Mike Baron.   8)    Perform a Mainline Pressure Test per specifications.  City staff to be present.  The test should be started by        irrigation contractor and verified in writing by the General Contractor. Check at end of test for pressure loss.  Observe open locations in mainline, fittings, etc.        for leaks.    9)    Review Irrigation Plans, and Details for next phase installation - Lateral lines, Remote Control Valves, Sprinkler location of lateral lines are to be as shown on drawings, between graves in the installation.  NOTE:  east/west direction and 6" parallel to the foot of graves in the north/south direction, as requested by the cemetery at preconstruction.   10)   Visit # 2 (Landscape Architect - Mike Baron)         Manual Irrigation Coverage Test to be performed - early in morning due to potential wind factor.  Lateral line         installation, trenches, assemblies, valves, and materials to be observed.  Plant material to be on         site and observed before planting.  Soil amendments to be installed and slips submitted.   Please send me all notes and mark up an Irrigation Plan for my use.   Thank you, Mike Baron J. The lines should have been under pressure for 3 to 4hrs prior to the 2pm site meeting. Therefore we would estimate P&R could probably get a good idea of the installation anytime between 11am and 3 to 4pm.   Jason,   (by this afternoon) Could you verify with the irrigation contractor and let us know if there’s going to be any other items ready for Parks & Recreation/JST to review other than the mainline pipe under pressure. The only scheduled items for tomorrow’s review should be at several key locations the fittings and sleeving would be open for review along with the mainline piping under 4hrs. of pressure to detect any leaks. Valves and quick couplers will not be installed or reviewed at this time.   Thanks,      Ken Baxter Senior Project Manager   J. Stuart Todd, Inc.
