Mike,
I've attached a copy of the original "Request for Inspection" sent to
you from the registered accessibility specialist at the beginning of the
project. This is just a reminder that the project is required by the
State of Texas to be inspected for architectural barriers compliance
sometime between the completion of construction and the first
anniversary. The request form is required to be sent out no later than
30 days after completion of the project. As we discussed on the phone we
have found the earlier the inspection the more efficient it is to make
any corrections that might be required. If the facility is due to be
completed this month it would be advantageous to make arrangements now
for an inspection date as soon as possible.
If you decide to proceed now the form can be returned with an inspection
fee amount of $545.00 to:
TexasAbility, LLC.
PO Box 729
Gun Barrel City, Tx. 75156
Let us know if we can assist
Thanks,
Ken Baxter
