Dear Pete:
Enclosed with this letter please find copies of an Encroachment on Easement and an Easement
of Right-of-Way from TU Electric. These easements are necessary tbr the construction of a
portion of the Grapevine Creek Sewer Trunk Main. That project is scheduled to begin sometime
in late March or early April. The project was awarded by Council on December 8, 1992.
If you have no problems with the wording in the easements from TU, please convey that
information back to me and at that point I will obtain the Mayor's signature on the originals.
