Building Interior:
Entry 002
a. Adjust closer on entry door.
b. Replace attachment screws with matching color at storefront.
C. Clean storefront frame.
Atrium 003
a. Clean niche frames and install glass fronts.
b. Clean grout from top of tile base.
Niche 004
a. Clean niche frames and install glass fronts.
b. Door 002/003: add door bottom
C. Door 002: replace deadbolt with lockset AL53PD as required at exit
doors.
Office 007
a. Clean carpet stain in the northwest corner area.
b. Install fire extinguisher cabinet, paint to match wall.
Work Room 008
a. Clean carpet stain near toilet entry.
b. Remove tape from granite panels.
C. Add cabinet door /drawer silencers at all locations.

a. Subject to visual review once lighting has been provided.
b. Grout file around door jamb.
Conference Room 010
a. Install phone /data/ coverplate.
b. Door 004: clean paint from door hinges.
G. Jamb molding at floor intersection needs to be replaced.

a. Clean floors, walls, storefront.
Storage/HVAC 005
a. Install timer /contactor panel for cemetery lights /water feature.
b. Tape,/bed/paint walls, concrete floors, unfinished conduit, furnace
frames.
C. Seal all through wall penetrations.
d. Install electrical panel door.
C. Label/Identify all panel circuits.
Building Exterior
East Elevation.
a. Expose all weep holes to allow drainage. Lower bed prep areas to
accommodate.
b. Paint exhaust vents in metal soffit to match.
C. Add sealant around door jamb/head condition.
d. Seal all through wall vents /pipe /refrigerant lines.
C. Paint through wall vents to match soffit.
e. Install condenser units.
South Elevation
a. Add sealant around all brick/angle intersections at window jamb/head
conditions.
b. Clean storefront frames.

West Elevation
a. Move trees out from under roof overhang.
b. Fill/finish concrete next to storefront entry jambs.
C. Install soffit light fixture.
d. Straighten soft trim around brick columns.
e. Straighten/true south entry column beam to brick vertical intersection.
South Elevation
a. Complete crushed granite walkway.
General conditions to be completed at all areas.
a. All storefront attachment screws to match color of frame.
b. Clean storefront frames.
C. Clean/mop tile floors/bases and carpet.
d. Add three (3) door silencers on all door frames,
e. Paint all exposed roof penetrations (vent pipe, etc.) to match metal roof
color.
f. Install gutter /downspout system. (include splash blocks).
g. Uncover /expose all weep holes. Lower bed areas to accommodate
proper drainage.
h. Provide HVAC Testing & Balance Report.
i. Finalize electrical power supply and review light fixture operations.
