I was contacted to do an inspection at 400 S. Freeport on June 4, 2009, for the
funeral home and columbarium only.
was then recalled on June 29 but only re- inspected the funeral home. Brian
cancelled the columbarium inspection, due to the fact that he had not yet
completed the six pending items. He also cancelled the pavilion inspection,
since he did not have his keys with him that day; therefore, it still has not been
inspected.
The only item left at the funeral home is the retart (crematorium) room, which the
State will do.
Following are the items the columbarium needs:
1. Signage for restrooms
2. Leak in storeroom from window
3. Door stop for outside door
4. Leak at A/C drain
5. Trim floor drain ( ?)
6. Repair or replace broken light at back door
