RE: Rolling Oaks Memorial Center- 400 S. Freeport Parkway
The substantial completion certificate has been submitted by the Fain Group and J. Stuart Todd.
There are still some minor punch list items from Tom Omick and Lee Stone still outstanding.
There are 2 major outstanding punch list items: 1.) The drainage issue around the buildings, the
contractor suggests using a flat rock instead of mulch. This may continue to be a problem in the
future. I believe the best solution would be to install grate inlets around the building tied into the
storm drain that runs to the pond to the east. 2.) The ADA accessibility routes in non - compliance
need to be addressed.
Attached with this memo is correspondence regarding punch list items from the various
departments and 3 copies of the substantial completion for your review.
