RE: Bethel Road Reconstruction Project SS 94-02c ST
Dear Mr. Griffin:
Please allow this letter to serve as a commitment to the City of Coppell that Champion
Parmers, Ltd. will make a payment to the City in the amount of $93,960, which
represents the cost to improve 870 feet of Bethel Road as per your letter dated February
4, 2000 (copy attached). Champion Parmers, Ltd. will submit payment to the City for
these improvements no later than Friday, February 11, 2000. It is our understanding that
Champion Parmers, Ltd. will not be responsible for any cost overruns or expenses due to
delays or unforeseen conditions related to this work, and that this one payment represents
the total amount due from Champion Partners, Ltd. for the completion of the
improvements and the right to have tractor trailer access to the 100 acre site at the
northeast comer of Bethel Road and Royal Lane.
Thank you and your staff for the tremendous cooperation and assistance provided during
this process. We look forward to the start of our development project very soon.
