Attached is Proposal Request 007 for additional cast stone identification signs w/ associated uplighting
for Restland. We will still need to obtain from the Owner (SEI) a CAD /PNG /DWG file format in order
that we properly proportion the logo and letter font /sizes and to accommodate the cast stone
manufacturer's casting process, prior to fabrication of the cast stone signs.

DESCRIPTION (Insert a written description of the Work):
Provide cost for the following:
1. Remove and re- install sections of existing metal fence at southwest corner in addition to a new natural
stone/brick/cast stone identification sign as shown on 02/SDA -9 and 02103 /SDA -10. Note font type, size & logo
proportions will require verification and be provided by Owner prior to manufacturer's fabrication. Provide structural
foundation for new sign as shown in SK -3.
2. Tap onto existing 208v power supply located at'DD' pole mounted light fixture in parking area. Route power to new
light ground mounted light fixture approximately 3' to 4' in front of and centered on new precast sign (as described in
item 1 above).
Light Fixture to be:
Manufacture: Luxmark
Model: M1MS- K- VF -100MT for 208v power.
Provide mounting stake. Height to be determined by Architect to clear landscape planting in bed area. Note plant
materials are to be adjusted /rearranged for proper sign illuminance. Sign light will be controlled by the same lighting
contactor time switch/light sensor controlling the exterior pole mounted light fixtures.

01 /SDA -10 & SDA -11. Note font type, size & logo proportions will require verification and be provided by Owner

4. Tap onto existing 120v power at adjacent inteior wall outlet and route new power through wall to new low voltage
(underground) transformer and spike mounted light fixture. Fixture will be located approximately 18" to 20" in front
of and centered on new building sign (as described in item 3. above).

Transformer Model: T56 inground.
Accessories:
a. GS05 adjustable ground spike. Provide fixture with extended length lead wires.
