We will still need to obtain from the Owner (SEI) a CAD /PNG /DWG file format in order that we properly proportion the logo and letter font /sizes and to accommodate the cast stone manufacturer's casting process, prior to fabrication of the cast stone signs. Tap onto existing 208v power supply located at'DD' pole mounted light fixture in parking area. Route power to new light ground mounted light fixture approximately 3' to 4' in front of and centered on new precast sign (as described in item 1 above). Light Fixture to be: Manufacture: Luxmark Model: M1MS- K- VF -100MT for 208v power. Provide mounting stake. Height to be determined by Architect to clear landscape planting in bed area. Note plant materials are to be adjusted /rearranged for proper sign illuminance.
