Taryon, as per our conversation, it is my understanding that this
item has not been scheduled for DRC review as of March 4, 1988.
At this time, Public Works has some questions that will need to
be addressed by the City Engineer and/or Dannenbaum Eng..
UTILITY - 1) Is the 12" water main sufficient size for future
development?
2) Why is sanitary sewer not being extended?
STREETS - 1) Median nose for existing MacArthur Blvd. needs to
be tapered, not squared.
2) Median nose for proposed MacArthur Blvd. needs to
be built.
3) Taper pavement @ Sta. 215+17.77 is short.
PARKS
- 1) Need a conceptual irrigation layout for medians.
2) Need a conceptual landscaping layout for medians.
