Ken,
Attached is pricing for changes requested by the City on site for the Rolling Oaks project. The first one
was to make the stockpile from the project into a permanent berm. We did the earthwork on the berm
and did hydro- seeding along with temporary irrigation to establish the seed. Tom Omick also requested
an area North of the Columbarium to have sod and temporary irrigation. This is the area he plans to place
sample headstones for sales.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Jason

Subject: Additional Sod
Ken,
Attached is the pricing to cover the areas in sod that we discussed in the meeting with the City on June 11,
2009. This change request covers all the areas that we believe would benefit from receiving sod to help
with erosion and benefit the project while trying to get the seed established. This pricing does not include
approx. 12,OOOsf of sod that we have authorized the Landscape contractor to proceed with at our
expense. This is in the Garden of Hope on the Northwest corner on the slope. We will re -grade and sod
this area. We would like to move from this area immediately to working on this change if approved. Any
assistance on a quick response to this change request would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jason Copes
