As shown on the attached information from the National Weather Service for the Dallas /Fort Worth area, rainfall during September and October of 2009 was 14.57 inches, which is 223% above the normal two month average of 6.53 inches. As we have discussed, these unusually wet conditions during the initial project start up have resulted in a delay of approximately calendar days. Due to these unusually wet conditions during the months of September and October of 2009, we request a 60 day extension of time for the Completion of Construction. If you have any questions regarding our request for extension of time, or need any additional information please contact me at (503) 624 -6300. Very truly yours, PACIFIC REALTY ASSOCIATES, L.P.
