Subject: Rolling Oaks Columbarium Building Drainage
Mike,
We were only aware of the drainage problem where water had entered the columbarium building at the
north corner. This was primarily due to the planters at or above the finish floor line along with the
downspout dumping at that corner. If it has ponded around the pad areas or entered elsewhere we aren’t
aware of exactly where. If engineering has taken spot elevations in problematic areas could you forward
the information for our review please.
