Jason,
An area drain would be fine. Where is this drain going to be positioned? Make sure it has some type of
grate cover that's higher than grade (dome type) so it won't get covered and clogged. At the same time
we don't want to bring attention to it so it needs to be dark in color.

Ken,
Attached is what our surveyor provided as far as final elevations around the columbarium. Doug went to the
site today to review the northwest corner of the columbarium. He thinks we need to go ahead and add
an area drain in this corner. We can remove two sections of sidewalk and run the drain line through the
curb and then repour the two sections of sidewalk. I know we have discussed a few options here but
after looking at it again this is our suggestion since there is very little slope in this area. Please let me
know if this is acceptable and we will get it installed if it is.
Thanks,
Jason

Can you put some spot elevation on the as- built. Finish floor elevations and some spots on the curbs and
sidewalks. My main concern right now is around the Columbarium (finish floor and sidewalks around that
building). The City has taken some shots and it appears we may have some issues there and I was hoping you
could verify the actual elevations. I will forward what they sent in a separate email.
Thanks,
Jason
