I think you were going to forward the signed Change Order 004rev. for the credit of $1,500.00 (I’ve attached a new copy).   We still need the following Docs. for both projects: 1.Contractor’s Affidavit of Payment of Debts and Claims: AIA G706 (see the attached copies)       2.General Contractors Conditional and Unconditional Release of Waiver of Liens. (for current and       previous month’s payment amounts)   On Restland FH according to my calculations I show the remaining balance to be paid as $112,049.04. Which is the difference added to the contract ($704.44) in Change Order 004. Check your numbers and let us know. (Attached is CO# 004 sent to SEI for your reference).   I’ve also attached the Texas Handicap requirements regarding the sidewalk access over the entry gate rail for your use.   Let me know if you have any questions.
