Easement
Dear Sir or Madam:
The City of Coppell intends to construct the Denton Tap Sidewalk project. The project
consists of the installation of sidewalks, curb ramps & driveway transitions along Denton
Tap, from Belt Line Road to SH 121. We are requesting a sidewalk easement along the
frontage of your property. Due to ADA requirements we will need to reconstruct both
your driveways onto Denton Tap as well as build a retaining wall along the sidewalk.
This work will require us to also adjust your water meter & private water vault.
