Mike,
Just wanted to let you know we have negotiated with The Fain Group a split of $3,000 w/ the City of
Coppell to be credited to the construction contract costs in the amount of $1,500.00 for Architectural
expenses incurred due to the incorrect installation of handicap items. We are holding the original
Change Order 004rev. (see the attached doc. fyi) to be forwarded once we have received the revised and
completed close-out documents and pay requests for the project.
