Jason,
We still need a “Conditional Waiver and Release Upon Final Payment” on the Pay Application #16 for
the final amount of retainage release, for both projects. In order to continue without further delays we
will proceed in forwarding the current close-out documents with a notation to the Owners that the Final
Conditional Waiver shall be provided.
