Dear Mr. Parker:
The City Council of the City of Coppell awarded a construction contract on April 27, 2010
to Roadway Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $215,700.00. With this letter, please find
attached the plans and bid tabulation for your review.
In accordance with the conditions set forth in the approval of your nursing and rehabilitation
facility located at 1410 E. Sandy Lake Road, we are herby requesting reimbursement for a
portion of this expense. The driveway constructed on the west side of your development is
aligned with this intersection, and necessitated the addition of the fourth leg of this signal.
Based on the design and bid tabulation we believe the following items and costs are
associated with the additional leg of the intersection:
