Dear Mr. Jordan:
I recently left a message on your home phone number regarding the erosion control bond
for Windsor Estates. It has been a number of years since the money was applied for the
purpose of covering any erosion problems the two subdivisions might cause.
We acknowledge that the erosion control in the subdivisions is well established and we
have attempted to return the money to Castellan Development, LP. The address we have
on file for the company is invalid, so we are making this additional attempt to locate the
person(s) to whom the money should be refunded.
I attached a copy of the receipt and the check that was tendered at the time of final
acceptance of the subdivisions. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to let me
know if it is appropriate to mail the refund check to your home address.
