I was correct the first time. The plans are available through our web site as follows:
go to www.ci,coppell.tx.us
click on "Public Documents" on the left hand side;
click on "Engineering ";
click on "Number Projects" on the right side;
click on "Street Projects ";
click on "ST 82 -01 Denton Tap ";
click on "Plans ";
click on "ST82 -01 Denton Tap Plans ";
this will open the construction plans.
The bridge plans start on sheet 58.
