I am appraising the property at 461 W Bethel and was provided the attached document indicating the part to be
taken and the remainder. I did not see any easement or access on the map. What applies here? Is there a
general provision for property that has road frontage that will allow the remainder of the property to be
accessed by the owner once the taking has been completed?
