1. Attached is a copy of a TML letter regarding the Mira Mar Development case. If you
have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.
2. I will be out of town this weekend beginning early Friday evening until early Sunday
evening. Clay should be in town most of the weekend. Of course, I can be reached via
cell phone if the need arises.
3. We received a Certificate of Recognition from the Texas Comptroller of Public
Accounts, the State Energy Conservation Office and the Texas Energy Partnership for
our efforts in energy efficiency and improving air quality in Texas.
4. Please bring your budget books to the meeting on Monday, November 12. Finance
would like to update the Debt schedules for 2007 -08 to show the $9,100,000 bond issue.
