1. Include the Base Flood Elevation (BFE) for the
100 -year flood plain.
2. The abandoned sanitary sewer easement should be
shown.
3. Have you considered phasing the plat of Lots 1 -8
and Lots 23 -29, easements located between Lots 16
and 17, and the easement located on Lot 9? This
would allow you to continue to work out the boundary
dispute on the west side and floodplain issues. If not
phased, then the correct existing floodplain must be
shown.

calls remained the same? Similarly - how did Lot 21
retain the same size, same dimensions on three lot
lines, but has increased frontage by 3.76 feet?

#6 - correct spelling of "responsible"
#7 - delete second "the"
#11 - correct spelling of "sanitary"
3. Change all dates to 2008
4. Include detail of "Easement Detail Along
