Alexander Court to the west, apparently there is an on -going boundary dispute.
What involvement, if any, does the city have with this?

Dear Ms. Diamond:
We represent Mr. Philip A. Berkebile, Jr., who is the adjoining landowner to the west of
the above referenced tract of land. We have received a copy of the above described Final Plat
that was stamped Received by the Planning Department on December 19, 2007 and have the
following comments.
We have previously advised Miramar Development regarding our client's dispute
concerning the boundary line.
We have suggested that a boundary line agreement will be needed to resolve the
boundary line dispute and do not agree to Miramar plating a portion of our client's property.
Attached as Exhibit "A ", is a drawing of the above described area in dispute.
