Alexander Ct-CS080103 (5)DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Master Planned Living Mr. David E. Brusilow, Esquire Wright Ginsberg Brusilow 14755 Preston Rd., Ste. 600 Dallas, Texas 75254 Dear Sir, RECkIVFb PLANNING DEA4" -TN1ENT January 3, 2008 Re: Alexander Court Boundary Dispute The City furnished me a copy of your correspondence to Marcie Diamond. Although we disagree, as to the surveyed relationship of the common boundary and my letter of 02/02/07 to you and 10/16/07 to Karen Helms still stand as is, I am willing to consider terms for a boundary line agreement, which would exchange the disputed 3,525 Sq.Ft. sliver of land, East of the Creek centerline, for a 3,580 Sq.Ft. triangle, which I drew on your Exhibit "A" and faxed to 972- 702 -0662. You draw up the document and as a gesture of good will, I will sign it at no additional cost; However, Mira Mar Dev. Corp. claims an ownership interest to the remaining 28,000 Sq.Ft. South of the triangle, which is available for an additional S 55,000 one time offer, otherwise, it will be sold to the future buyers of Lots 9 & 10 and I understand that they will be allowed to erect 8' galvanized chain link fences, on the common boundary lines and build structures up to 30' tall, on those two tracts. cc: Walter W.
