The check you got back for $2,100 should be mailed to Kelly Jordan, 513 Rolling Hills Rd, Coppell TX
75019. I just spoke with him on the phone and he verified that is his home address. Castellan
Development was one of his companies & he personally signed the original check for the erosion
control bond.
He also asked me to investigate if any of his other projects had any cash bonds that needed
refunding...I was curious about the $2,250 guard rail & retaining wall escrow for Windsor Estates.
Are we still holding that?
