Dear Mr. Gamini:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start May 24, 2010. One hundred and fifty
(150) Calendar Days were bid on this project for completion of work. Therefore, we
anticipate the project being complete by October 21, 2010.
