Subject: Hydraulic Study of SH 121 Crossing at Denton Creek.
Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are currently under contract with Texas Department of Transportation to develop final
plans for the reconstruction of SH 121 from Tarrant County Line to Denton Creek. As part of
this plan preparation, the URS Team has conducted a Hydraulic Study for SH 121
improvements at Denton Creek. This study was performed by our Sub - Consultant, Civil
Associates, Inc (CAI). Since you are the local Flood Plain Administrator, CAI had coordinated
with you in September 2008 regarding this study. Per your request, we are providing you with
a final signed and sealed copy of the Hydraulic Study for your records.
