Ratliff, Cib' Manager I Coppell, Texas 75019 The City With A Beautiful Future 214-462-0022 August 18, 1992 Mr. Donald Brewer ~ ,~.~ ..~_~ ~ow~ , 775 Pelican Lane Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Grapevine Creek Sewer Main - Temporary and Permanent Construction Easements Dear Mr. Brewer: The City of Coppell is currently in the process of obtaining both permanent and temporary easements for the construction of a sewer trunk main from Denton Tap Road eastward to MaeArthur Blvd. The permanent easement will be further away from your house than the existing easement. The easement is necessary so the sewer line can be realigned. Because of the depth of the sewer line and the need to maneuver adjacent to the trench, the City is requesting that a temporary construction easement be granted to the City for the duration of the project. The temporary, construction easement will be utilized to temporarily stock pile excavated material, to store new materials prior to installation and to maneuver equipment along the creek for the installation of the new sewer trunk main. The temporary easement on your properb~' consists of just the far comer of your property. Your cooperation in working with the City to provide both the permanent and a temporary construction easement would be greatly appreciated and also would be an asset in expediting the actual construction of this project. Attached, I have provided a copy of both the permanent and the temporao' construction easement. The easements should be signed and notarized and returned to the City of Coppeil. The City of Coppeil has several notaries on staff and would be happy to notarize this document free of charge at your request. If you should have any questions concerning the project, the timing of the project, what will happen to the temporary construction easement both during and after construction, or any other questions surrounding the installation of this sewer trunk main, please feel free to contact me at 393-1016 to obtain further information. Thank you for your consideration of this request and if you should have any questions in the future, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, M.
