RE: Duke Lesley Infrastructure Pavement Failure
On this date, George Marshall, Keith Marvin and I met with Luke Peters of Duke
Realty regarding the pavement failures in the above referenced development. Mr.
Peters was provided with the information gathered thus far pertinent to the issue
including copies of: letters to contractors and sureties, maintenance bonds, memos,
and the list of pavement failure locations.
At the conclusion of our meeting, Mr. Peters chose to investigate the locations himself
with a representative from his company and the contractor, and will follow up with
City of Coppell on his findings.
