SS9301-CS 920909 (2) The City With A Beautiful Future 214-462-0022 September 9, 1992 Mr. Graham Pierce 413 Meadow Creek Road Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Grapevine Creek Sewer Main - Temporary Construction Easements Dear Mr. Pierce: Attached to this letter please find a copy of a portion of the specifications for the Grapevine Creek Sewer Trunk Main - Branch I and II project that addresses the removal of trees during the construction process. I apologize for the delay in getting this information to you. The specifications were delivered to my office on September 2, 1992. I highlighted the portion that addresses the removal of the trees. As you can see, no trees shall be removed without approval of the engineer/owner. Also, any trees to be removed will be flagged by the contractor. The stated intent of tree removal is that the minimal amount of trees be removed and the contractor not be allowed to remove all trees within the easements and right-of-way. I hope this has addressed your concern about the tree removal during the construction of this project. If you should have any other questions concerning this project, please feel free to contact me at your convenience. Sincerely, Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E.
