RE: Grapevine Creek Sewer Main - Temporary Construction Easements
Dear Mrs. Mertz:
This letter is written as a follow up to our August 27,1992 phone conversation in which you requested an exhibit that
would show the limits of the floodplain on your property. As you requested, I am providing three exhibits with this
letter.The exhibits are as follows: 1) the floodplain superimposed on a copy of the easement that was previously provided
to you, 2) your property superimposed on a copy of our floodplain map and 3) your property superimposed on a copy
of a portion of our stormwater management plan. Each document shows approximately the same information ie., the
northwest corner of your property is in the floodplain.
The project is scheduled to bid on September 29,1992. Therefore, it is crucial that the City be able to obtain the necessary
easements as soon as possible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
