NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Bowman:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start June 7, 2010. Forty Five (45)
Calendar Days were bid on this project for completion of work. Therefore, we anticipate the
project being complete by July 22, 2010. For road and lane closure, reference the contract
documents.
