NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Bounds:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. As
stated in the contract, all work should be complete on September 30, 2010.
By the 10 day of each month an invoice for work done during the preceding month should
be presented for payment. Please forward all invoices to the attention of Albert Samaniego,
who is your first contact and inspector for the project. If you have any questions or need any
