The in- tersection will now be stamped concrete, with red stamped con- crete crosswalks. Also approved was an incen- tive bonus of up to an additional $36,000 for early completion of the project. As part of the agree- ment, the company will also be assessed if the deadline is not met. The project is planned to be completed in 30 days. see CITY on page 15 HLEN Al F"4ilMa..,:.. That process could take about a year. The issue is part of the ongoing "GPA jockey" debate that has arisen since CISD started introducing new course options for students. CISD is also considering a move to stop ranking its students below the top 10 percent. The Board will hear more on that topic at a meeting in June.
