COMMENTS:
I spoke with Jaime Beard and Dennis Chovan. They worked on the Plat for this project. Jaime Beard told me that
we were going to have to replat both sites after the LOMB was finalized because the current plats have, as
required by the City of Coppell, the existing 100 - floodplain line. This can be seen on the lower part of the plat for
Windsor Estates. This will have to be replaced with the new 100 - floodplain line once it is set by FEMA. Figure 5
shows the as -built FF elevations. Please feel free to give me a call if you have any questions regarding this
request at 214 - 217 -6650.
