To Whom It May Concern:
Certain parcels of land owned by the above referenced property owner lie along the
northern right of way of Southwestern Boulevard in the city of Coppell. For the past
eleven months the road in front of these parcels has been under construction. For much
of that time, access to the referenced parcels has been severely limited and a few times
not available at all.
This lack of access could have affected the development potential of the properties during
the time period mentioned and may continue until the completion of the project later this
summer.
