W. Bethel Road Bridge Under Reconstruction

The bridge over Grapevine Creek on West Bethel Road closed Tuesday for reconstruction, the
first phase of improvements to Bethel Road that could take up to five months. The project will
include repaving Bethel Road from Denton Tap Road to Penfolds Lane. Homes and businesses
in Old Town remain accessible by taking Southwestern Boulevard from Denton Tap to S.
Coppell Road.
The Coppell Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon
cutting for MD Pediatric Associates, located at 760 N. Denton
Tap Road, Suite 120 in Coppell. The pediatric health center
was represented by Jackie Brainerd.
