Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD Flood Study
Mr. Griffin:
As you may recall from our meeting with the Carrollton Farmers Branch
Independant School District (CFISD) and Mr. Robert Howman of Glenn
Engineering last Thursday we discussed the possibility of getting on the
earliest council agenda in order to request a variance to the ordinance
requirement for FEMA approval of the CLOMR before start of construction.
At CFISD request we agreed to speedup our schedule and provide you with a
report for the site in support of a FEMA CLOMR by Thursday May 13, 1999. on
or before 2:00 pm. It is the CFISD hope that they can get on an eadier
council agenda if we get this to you before Friday so Kimley Horn can start
their review,
I apologize for this request to respond so quickly, I know you have a heavy
workload and not much staff. It seems like everything has to be done quickly
these days.
If you like I can provide a copy to Kimley Horn at the same time in
anticipation of you request to start the ravlew, just let me know.
