Dean,
The City of Coppell has reviewed your request to work through 10:00pm this week in order to expedite the demolition of
the Bethel Road bridge. We are not able to support your request for a variance to the noise ordinance. As you know our
noise ordinance allows demolition activity to take place between the hours of 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday,
and 9:00am to 7:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Any activity outside these hours that generates noise complaints from
adjacent citizens or businesses will result in enforcement of the noise ordinance.
