Recently, while going through our central files, it was noted that the only executed copy we have
of the agreement concerning the reconstruction of the sewer line on the west end of Bethel Road
was a faxed copy. This letter is written to request that an original signature copy of the
executed agreement be provided to the City of Coppell.
