RE: Rolling Oaks Cemetery Change Order #3rev.
Attached are three copies of the Change Order #3. This has been submitted to us for the
extra work that was completed for the earthwork of a berm that we requested and for
additional hydromulch and sod for the headstone display area as requested by Tom Omick.
This Change order is in the amount of $7,076.33, which will be paid from the contingency
allowance provided in the contract.
