Lee,
It is our understanding that a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy has been issued after a walk thru with yourself
and Brian McClain for the Columbarium and Funeral Home. We are working with the subcontractors to get the
punchlist items that were discussed today completed no later than Wednesday, June 10, 2009. We plan to call in
for Final inspection for the Pavilion on Wednesday and at the same time the items should be complete in the
Columbarium and Funeral Home for you to review and sign off on.
